We are an established business that specialise in the supply of robotic solutions for production and placement of pads in plastic trays manufactured on high-speed plastic production lines.

Form Automation operates primarily in the thermoforming sector of the packaging industry and as such has become a leader for in-line pad placement, recommended by all leading European thermoforming manufacturers. This has been possible by using high speed robots along with developing servo driven machines to manufacture cut pad.

Form Automation is now developing standalone padding machines and new gripper tooling utilising its 3D printing capability.
